GREENWIN is a Partner in the FutureProofTextiles Consortium — an EU Project Aimed at Digital and Green Resilience of SMEs in the Textile Sector
GREENWIN has joined the international FutureProofTextiles project, implemented with support from the EU Single Market Programme (SMP) under the COSME component. This programme strengthens business competitiveness and supports the development of a modern, sustainable European economy.
FutureProofTextiles is designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises in the textile industry transition to more environmentally friendly, digitalized, and efficient production.
Key Areas of Consortium Work Include:
- Development of innovative products and materials for SMEs
- Implementation of digital and green solutions in business processes
- Strengthening international cooperation between clusters, research institutions, and industry representatives
- Creation of training programmes and practical tools for SMEs
Business Grants: €50,000 for Innovation in Textile and Processing Industries
One of the key elements of FutureProofTextiles is business support through cascading funding (FSTP).
The consortium is preparing the terms and application forms for SME participation in an open call, under which:
- 40 projects will be funded
- Each winner can receive up to €50,000
- Funding is directed toward digitalization, modernization, and implementation of "green" technologies in production
This represents a significant opportunity for enterprises in the EU and partner countries — particularly for businesses operating in textile production or textile material processing.
